Managing your OSHC account has never been easier, using KangarooTime!
Through the KT Connect app, you can manage bookings, view announcements from the service, send messages direct to the OSHC team, view current balances and make payments!
Our enrolments are now completely online and able to be completed at home through KangarooTime. To start the enrolment process, simply make an enquiry today:

Once our team has seen and accepted your enquiry, you’ll receive a link to complete your enrolment sent directly to your email. If you have any issues during this process, our team is here to help! Simply contact us at any point.
For our new families:

To get started, head to your App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device. Search Kangarootime and a series of apps will appear. The app you’ll want to download is called KT Connect. Once you download the app & open it, you’ll enter your email address OR phone number to receive a verification code. Once you receive the code via your email or phone number, enter it in the app and click verify.

Open your KT Connect app and select Attendance.
Once on the attendance screen you will see a list of your child/rens bookings and a button at the bottom, select Schedule New Booking.
You will then be presented with a calendar of the current month that you are in, past days will be greyed out, and unavailable days will appear pink. Select the days you need bookings for, they will turn purple and select View Availability at the bottom of your screen.
You will then have the session information, already booked sessions will appear blue, sessions you are not booked in for will appear white and you can select these to turn them green and select Review.

Open the KT Connect app and select Attendance.
If you are needing to cancel the booking you can select the booking and select confirm to remove the booking without charge so long as its within the cancellation period. If you attempt to cancel the booking outside of the cancellation period, you will only be able to mark the booking absent.
